Frequently asked questions
We recommend that you see your local jeweller to measure your exact ring size. Or come to see us at our Newtown studio in Wellington if you live locally :) Determining your ring size at home can be very tricky and a few millimeters(!) can have a dramatic effect on your measured ring size. If you would like to use an existing ring and have a printer at home, this printable ring size chart (https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1319/9109/files/Walker_and_Hall_Ring_Size_Guide.pdf?v=14219867927748120634)might help. As guidance, most women in New Zealand are a size N.
We’re happy to resize your ring for you and only ask for a small extra charge of NZ$20 for our time and additional postage (unless you are able to come see us in-store, of course).
Please note that rings featuring a stone (e.g. our Wellington Pebble Ring) cannot be resized, but you're welcome to exchange them.
